В моём случае был виноват автомобилист. Он тупо меня не заметил, выезжая с примыкающей территории. Если что, я ехал около 30 км/ч. Там полицейских куча была. Не было бы их, разбился бы в хлам.
Просто мы привыкаем отслеживать взглядом на дороге только широкое и двухфарное. Мозг, если не напоминать ему про мотоциклы, на автомате не замечает их.
Я и сам часто не вижу мотоциклистов ни из машины ни с мотоцикла.
Если не ставить это в вину автомобилистам, то да, большинство аварий - по вине байкеров. Они просто забывают, что их не видят.
Ну а по ПДД, думаю 50/50. |
